The cover page of music magazine Billboard raise two question to American singer Lady GaGa in August 2009 issue. How she writes top hits and why she doesn’t wear pants. The Billboard issue hit stands August 7, 2009 and shows a heavily photo shopped diva with a head of purple hair.
But despite her dominance on the Billboard Hot 100 and bleached blonde hair, GaGa is not the average pop tart. She’s an accomplished songwriter and performer who seems to have come out of nowhere.
