Hilary Duff was spotted going about her business in Beverly Hills. Yeah, I know that's not any exciting news, but at least we get pictures of it. Hilary is looking pretty nice in a non-revealing, yet nice outfit. I do have to admit that the singer and actress has been on the outskirts of my radar lately.
Just hot enough for me not to ignore permanently. Hilary Duff just keeps seeming to show up looking hotter and hotter. The way this is going, we may see something quite scandalous from Hilary soon!
